Akahane Electronics Corporation has released the Thermal Jumper Chip series “TMJC.”
The TMJC thermal jumper chip is a surface-mount component featuring excellent thermal conductivity. With its simple mounting structure, it enables efficient heat transfer while maintaining electrical insulation.
As electronic devices continue to become smaller and more densely integrated, thermal management is becoming increasingly critical. For designers facing challenges in thermal design, the thermal jumper- designed to transfer only heat-provides a new approach to heat dissipation.
The electrically insulated thermal jumper transfers only heat from heat-generating components to a heat sink or GND plane without affecting the circuit operation.
